Merger with Clinique Vétérinaire Equine Champ du Perier
We are very pleased to welcome Clinique Vétérinaire Equine Champ du Perier to the Altano Group!
Since the beginning of April, the clinic has strengthened our group in France, thus expanding our presence in the Rhone-Alpes region north-east of Lyon.
Right after the turn of the millennium, four veterinarians founded the Clinique Vétérinaire Equine Champ du Perier, and today the team includes nine veterinarians and five additional staff members.
In addition to the usual inpatient care, emergencies of all kinds including colic surgeries can be treated and cared for around the clock. Seven boxes and one isolation box are available for this purpose, fully equipped with cameras for continuous monitoring of intensive care patients. There is also a large stable for mares with foals.
The services offered at Champ du Perier are wide-ranging: General medicine, orthopaedics, internal medicine, ophthalmology, reproduction, surgery and dentistry are among them, as well as an in-house laboratory.
In addition to inpatient treatment, the team also provides outpatient care at home.
All veterinarians at the clinic are also FEI veterinarians for international competitions in various disciplines. Thus, the colleagues can be found at numerous regional, national and international equestrian events, such as the Equita Lyon since its establishment.
The further training of the staff as well as investments in modern equipment and technology are the focus in Champ du Perier in order to be able to offer the best possible care to the horses. From now on, we will pursue this goal together and are very much looking forward to working with this competent and committed team!
