Merger with Pferdeklinik Seester
We are delighted to welcome Pferdeklinik Seester to our Altano Group.
Pferdeklinik Seester is idyllically located in the north of Germany near Hamburg and was founded in 1983 by Dr Helmut Hell. Since April 2013, the clinic has been run jointly by Dr Gertjan Zeeuw and Ralf Sillinger.
Decades of experience and engagement characterise the clinic, especially in the field of colic surgery. Each treatment begins with a thorough diagnosis using state-of-the-art technologies such as digital X-ray and high-resolution ultrasound with special probes for orthopaedics and internal medicine.
A wide range of modern technology and a first-class equipped operating room with electronic anaesthetic monitoring enable both conservative and minimally invasive interventions to ensure the best possible treatment and medical care for horses.
Pferdeklinik Seester cares for its patients at any time of the day or night – as inpatients and outpatients. Five experienced veterinarians with well-equipped vehicles (intensive care, surgery, ultrasound and digital X-ray) are available for the outpatient care of patients. If an inpatient stay is necessary, the horses can be accommodated in bright guest boxes with windows.
The clinic’s range of services includes colic treatment, surgery, foal diseases, gynaecology and obstetrics, internal medicine, purchase examinations, laboratory diagnostics, orthopaedics/arthroscopy, dentistry and gastroscopy.
