For more diversity in the working world – Altano Group joins the Diversity Charter

We have signed the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) and look forward to promoting diversity in our equine clinics and veterinary practices worldwide!

The Diversity Charter is an initiative to promote diversity and integration in business. It was launched by German companies in 2006 and now has over 4,900 signatories. The aim of the Diversity Charter is the creation of a working environment in which all employees are valued, regardless of their gender, age, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

The Diversity Charter offers its members a wide range of opportunities for further training and for exchange with other companies. This enables companies to learn from best practice and improve their own diversity and integration.
