We are delighted to welcome Clinique Vétérinaire Equine Champ du Perier to the Altano Group!
Since early April, the clinic has been strengthening our group in France, thereby expanding our presence in the Rhône-Alpes region northeast of Lyon.
Shortly after the turn of the millennium, four veterinarians founded the Clinique Vétérinaire Equine Champ du Perier; today, the team consists of nine veterinarians and five other staff members.
In addition to standard inpatient care, we provide round-the-clock treatment and care for emergencies of all kinds, including colic surgeries. We have seven stalls and one isolation stall available for this purpose; two of them are equipped with cameras to ensure continuous monitoring of intensive care patients. There is also a large stable for mares with foals.
The range of services offered in Champ du Perier is extensive: it includes general medicine, orthopedics, internal medicine, ophthalmology, reproductive medicine, surgery, and dentistry, and the facility also has its own in-house laboratory.
In addition to inpatient care, the team also provides outpatient care to patients in their homes.
All of the clinic’s veterinarians are also FEI-certified veterinarians for international competitions in various disciplines. As a result, our colleagues have been present at numerous regional, national, and international equestrian events, such as Equita Lyon, since the clinic’s inception.
At Champ du Perier, the focus is on staff training and investments in modern equipment and technology to ensure the horses receive the best possible care. We are now pursuing this goal together and are very much looking forward to working with this skilled and dedicated team!
