The Diversity Charter is an initiative dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It was launched in 2006 by German companies and now has over 4,900 signatories. The Diversity Charter aims to create a work environment in which all employees are valued regardless of gender, age, background, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. Companies that sign the Charter commit to promoting and embodying diversity and inclusion within their organization.
The Diversity Charter offers its members numerous opportunities for professional development and networking with other companies. This allows companies to learn from best practices and improve their own initiatives to promote diversity.
